With nearly 20 years of aviation experience, Capt. Saurabh Jain is the driving force behind SJAA’s training excellence. He holds Indian and Canadian Commercial Pilot License (CPL) certifications and is rated on Airbus A320, PA-34, C-172, and C-152 aircraft.
Over the past 19+ years, he has trained pilots from 12+ countries, mentoring them through CPL training, airline transport pilot license (ATPL) preparation, simulator readiness, and airline interview stages.
His training approach goes beyond theory, preparing students to excel as future-ready aviation professionals, confident in the cockpit and prepared for airline operations.

Mrs. Rimi Jain
Mrs. Rimi Jain serves as the Managing Director of SJAA, bringing over nine years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and business development with leading brands such as Baggit, Harley-Davidson, and Mumbai Indians. With a strong academic background in Journalism, she leverages her expertise in communication and analytics to drive strategic growth, strengthen brand positioning, and expand student outreach across India.
Her data-driven leadership has played a key role in building structured marketing systems, enhancing student engagement, and transforming the academies into modern, scalable aviation education institutions aligned with industry standards.
Her leadership represents the perfect blend of communication excellence, business acumen, and strategic execution helping elevate JAHAZ to new heights in aviation education.
Capt. Aditya Kadam
Capt. Aditya Kadam has been an integral part of the origin story of
Saurabh Jain Aviator Academy. His journey with Capt. Saurabh Jain dates
back to 2006, when they began their aviation careers together at
Carver Aviation.
From flying training sorties to attending ground classes side by side,
earning their licenses together, and eventually training aspiring pilots
together, their professional journeys evolved in parallel. What began
as batchmates soon became a lifelong friendship built on shared
ambition, discipline, and a deep passion for aviation.
During their early training days, they often spoke about a common dream,
to one day establish a ground school that would truly bridge the gap
between theoretical learning and real-world aviation standards.
When Capt. Saurabh Jain laid the foundation of SJAA, what initially
started in a small room with a handful of students was never meant to
be a solo journey. Honoring their long-standing vision, he invited
Capt. Aditya Kadam to join him, and together, they transformed that
modest beginning into a structured and respected aviation academy.
Capt. Kadam was one of the initial pillars of SJAA, contributing not only as a partner but as a mentor and master instructor. Known for his clarity in concepts, disciplined teaching style, and deep technical understanding, he has trained numerous students who have gone on to pursue successful aviation careers.
A thorough professional and one of the finest instructors in his domain, Capt. Kadam always aspired to continue his journey with the airlines. Today, he is a B737 Type-Rated Pilot and is currently flying with Air India Express, a testament to his continued growth and dedication to aviation excellence.
Though his career path has expanded into the airline industry, his role in building SJAA remains foundational. His contribution to shaping the academy’s academic framework and early culture continues to be part of its DNA.
